Tim- I think you are referring to the Hellboy anatomy as depicted in his current "pop-culture" style featured in comic books and movies. For my drawing, I went back to the original source and took my interpretation from the Biblical descriptions of Hellboy as presented the books of Genesis, Leviticus, Ecclesiastes and Revelation.
