Now I am very well aware that Swamp Thing was not a Vertigo title, however while Vertigo is very much the house that Sandman & Preacher built, it's soul and inspiration is much more verdant and elemental.I read Swamp Thing at an impressionable age, it blew my mind in a way that drugs couldn't and didn't.
